KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support in achieving daily and hourly sales targets, monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Assist in managing staff performance through regular reviews and coaching.
  • Support recruitment activities, oversee new employee induction, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a customer-first attitude among staff, ensuring adherence to Cue’s Art of Sales training.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to security protocols.
  • Monitor stock levels and support in stock transfers according to established procedures.
  • Assist in optimizing store rostering and controlling wage expenditure.
  • Support in monitoring store expenses and adherence to budget guidelines.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Store Manager role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Proven experience in supporting the setup and launch of new stores, including layout, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to support in achieving sales targets and monitoring performance metrics.
